At Home Refresh Style & Finds, each piece is carefully handcrafted and one of a kind. Because of the unique and handmade nature of our work, we maintain the following policy.

All Sales Final

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review all product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Damaged Items in Transit (Exception)

We take great care in packaging. However, if your item arrives damaged during shipping, we will review the issue.

To qualify:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Email: hrsfinds@gmail.com

• Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the shipping label

Failure to provide photos within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

If approved, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:

• Replacement (if available)

• Store credit

• Refund at our discretion

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are:

• Handmade

• One of a kind

• Created with natural materials

We cannot accept returns for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Natural variations in materials

• Minor handmade irregularities

• Improper handling or damage after delivery
