2. Products & Handmade Nature

All items sold by Home Refresh Style & Finds are handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces.

Due to the use of natural materials (including but not limited to minerals, shells, coral, wood, and found objects):

  • Variations in color, texture, and form are normal

  • Minor irregularities are part of the handmade process

  • Each piece is unique and will not be identical to another

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these natural and artistic variations.

3. Decorative & Functional Use

Our sculptural decanters and decorative objects contain glass and permanently bonded natural materials.

Customer agrees:

  • Items must be handled with care

  • Products are not toys and are not intended for children

  • Home Refresh Style & Finds is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, dropping, improper cleaning, or modification

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods.

5. Shipping Policy

  • We currently ship within the United States only

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Home Refresh Style & Finds is not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

6. All Sales Final — No Returns

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our handmade pieces:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please review product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Exceptions may be made only if an item arrives damaged in transit and is reported within the required timeframe.

7. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change prices at any time

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders due to pricing mistakes

Orders are charged at the time of purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including:

  • Product designs

  • Photographs

  • Text

  • Branding

are the property of Home Refresh Style & Finds and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Refresh Style & Finds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
